Agreement to terms

By accessing or using changepost.dev and the Changepost service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Changepost provides a changelog widget and platform for SaaS teams to communicate product updates to their users. The Service includes an embeddable widget, email notifications, a feedback board, and related features.

Accounts and registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Pricing and payment

Changepost is offered at $15/month with all features included. Pricing details are available on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Email overages are billed at $5 per 5,000 emails beyond the included 5,000/month.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate the rights of others

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you publish through the Service. Changepost retains ownership of the Service, its design, code, and branding. You grant us a license to display your content as part of operating the Service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Changepost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
